1991 - Hello World…

My parents gave me an opportunity to explore the world that is full of joy and love.

1998 - Se Ri Park wins US Women's Open

Opened a whole new world for Korean Golfers.

2004 - Golf in Yeosu...

My parents bought me a pass to the driving range!

2005 - Being curious…

My family moved to US from Korea. I learned to speak English and enjoyed high school. I credit the beginning of my golf career to my high school coach Scott Small and athletic director Don Maur who fought for my eligibility to compete in varsity level as an international student at MICDS. With their help and my swing coach Barbara Blanchar, I won Missouri State High School State Championship.

2009- Being injured…

I got a scholarship to go to Penn State! Though I stayed away from practicing because I was scared I was going to over use my wrist and ankles after a series of injuries. I thought I needed time to heal. But I didn't realize how fast time would go by.

2012 - Being young…

I learned that grass is not greener on the other side, but it is greener where you water; I won't be able to meet the needs everyone asks for all the time. Fresh start at the University of Oregon.

2014  - Being a graduate…

I noticed I was walking near the line of being a professional golfer but not on route... I worked for Shop12design (lighting design firm) at Steelman Partners to fund my dream of being a Professional Tour Player.

2015 - Being a professional golfer…

I declared to be a professional golfer in March to compete in a LPGA Monday Qualifier held by JTBC in Arizona. Took an even bigger step and got a Professional Athlete Visa in August to pursue a life on tour. November 12, 2015, it finally registered in my head that I am chasing one of my most difficult dreams.

2016-2017 Road to the LPGA!

I went from playing mini tour events to qualifying into LPGA events and from no status to full status on Symetra. This was a big step forward as it reaffirmed my belief in my talent on my path to the top.

2018 - Quest to getting my LPGA Card

I am successful in many ways, but my ultimate goal is to win and to become  one of the world's greatest golfer and influencer. I will start with Monday Qualifiers into LPGA event at the end of February. My main focus of this year will be playing on Symetra Tour to get my LPGA card by ending the season in the Top 10 or winning three events.

My Team: To my family and friends, Thank you for your unconditional love. To my hosts, fans, and sponsors, Thank you for becoming a big part of my life and for your continuous support, generosity, and love. And to those I will be crossing paths with soon, I look forward to meeting you and cannot wait for you to be a part of my story as I work toward my LPGA card.
